Do I need to be technical?

Not at all. If you can use email, you can do everything we cover. We start from the ground up and keep it plain-English — no jargon, no coding.

What do I need to bring?

Just a laptop and the parts of your business you'd like to improve. You'll build your plan around your own business during the day.

Is parking available? What about lunch?

There's free on-site parking at the centre. Lunch isn't included, but there are cafés and shops close by and we break so you can grab something.

What if I can't make it on the day?

No problem — send a colleague in your place, or move your seat to a future date. Just let us know.

Can I bring more than one person?

Absolutely — each person books a seat, and with only 12 seats in the room it's worth grabbing them early.
